Information on Order Processing

When will we process your order?

Orders are processed on working days from 8 am to 4 pm. We try to respond to new orders as soon as possible so that they can be shipped as quickly as possible.

How do we confirm your order?

For each order, you will receive a general automatic recap as soon as the order is placed.

During the working hours indicated, the order is checked by our staff and the shipping date is confirmed. At this point, you will receive an order confirmation from our system. If you have chosen to pay in advance by bank transfer, you will receive an advance invoice.
