Did you purchase goods you don’t need? Just write to us at labelea@labelea.eu and we will arrange the next steps. No forms required. Standard products that we usually keep in stock can be returned within 30 days of purchase, or even later upon agreement.
Please note that if you are purchasing as a consumer, it is not possible to return goods that have been customized or produced according to your specific requirements (e.g. printed labels or custom-made label sizes).
If you are purchasing as a business customer, the law and our terms do not automatically guarantee the right to return goods. However, we always try to find a solution that works for both sides. For stock items, returns are usually not a problem.
The statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for consumers under EU Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights remains unaffected.
If we agree on a return or exchange and you are entitled to a refund of the purchase price (in whole or in part), we will process the refund as soon as possible — usually at the end of the working week.
If you purchased as a consumer, you are also entitled by law to a refund of the original delivery costs. However, the cost of returning the goods back to us is paid by you.
If you pay an invoice by card, bank transfer, or cash on delivery, the payment method is always stated on the invoice. If you accidentally pay twice, you usually don’t need to contact us — we identify duplicate payments ourselves and refund them automatically at the next payment date.
